There are many types of skills that can be gained from volunteering with the Florida Trail Association, including learning about Florida flora and fauna, USFS level chainsaw certifications, cooking for large groups, organizing large groups to do tasks, first aid skills, and so much more.

Repurpose Project is community-based, and we work to build connections all across Gainesville by expanding the local reuse economy and uniting artists and builders who have a love for the environment. We love learning the specific passions of each of our volunteers along with sharing some of the trades our staff knows.
