She is a London-based adviser to cities and organizations across the world advocating for new approaches to embed arts and culture into daily life. Ms. Dobbin has over 35 years of experience helping communities envision how they can create thriving cities. From 2012-2016 she served as creative director for Times Square Alliance in New York City.
