Lisa Gunaydin, a representative of Dragonfly Mental Health, presents “Imposter Phenomenon”. Imposter experience describes high-achieving individuals who, despite their objective successes, fail to internalize their accomplishments and have persistent self-doubt and fear of being exposed as a fraud or an imposter. It may be accompanied by depression, anxiety, and self-sabotaging behaviors. “Imposter Phenomenon” is a 1-hour seminar and facilitated discussion that delivers the basics of imposter phenomenon symptoms, background, and managing options.
