Position description

With the aim of creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive community at the Florida Museum, the Spring/Summer 2023 award program seeks to support undergraduate students by facilitating their work on museum-based internship projects to be carried out in Spring or Summer semesters of 2023. Spring projects should be completed by Apr 30, 2023 and Summer projects by Aug 30, 2023.

Internships are to be focused on gaining experience in collections work, laboratory analysis, and/or fieldwork. Awards supporting up to 80 hours of work at $17.00/hr will be funded.

Qualifications

Undergraduate students, including graduating seniors, enrolled at the University of Florida. Members of underrepresented groups are especially encouraged to apply.
