Description

The Florida Association of Museum Students (FAMS) and Black in Natural History Museums are hosting a nature walk at Longleaf Flatwoods Reserve. This is a great opportunity to get to know others with similar interests and enjoy some time outdoors together, especially while the fall wildflowers are in bloom. This reserve is mostly open pine flatwoods. All are welcome, this nature walk is appropriate for all ages and dogs. Please bring water, sturdy walking shoes, and sun protection.

Longleaf Flatwoods Reserve. Meet at the parking lot on County Road 325, https://maps.app.goo.gl/vmb9tzbE6CRR8Ck56, which is about 20 minutes from Gainesville.
