What

This Annual Symposium offers a full day of presentations and interaction with over 200 of Southwest Florida’s land managers, contractors, consultants, educators, and landowners. The workshop is $10 for professionals and FREE for students.

Concurrent with the main Symposium, they will also be offering an invasive plant identification and treatment class. This year, “Invasives 101: Identification and Treatment of Common EDRR Plants” will only be held during the morning session. This class offers “hands-on” identification of plants as well as a review of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) standards, treatment methods, and why and how plant species invade Florida. This class is limited to 30 participants.
