As Central Florida rapidly continues to urbanize it is important for us to create habitat for the flora and fauna that have been displaced. Birds of prey, songbirds, native pollinators including bees and butterflies can all be compatible with the urban landscape, you just have to select the right plant for the right place.
This workshop will focus on plant species you can embrace to attract wildlife to your yard! You will also get a guided tour of the Florida-Friendly Demonstration Landscape to get ideas and see the suggested plants.
