Explore with us as we step Into the Garden, a new virtual event series hosted by Scientist in Every Florida School and Mounts Botanical Garden of Palm Beach County. Scientists will uncover many mysteries in the garden through these virtual interactive trips, which will be live-streamed on Zoom and YouTube.

Join us for our final 2020-2021 event, as we learn from Dr. Lucas Majure, Curator for the University of Florida Herbarium. Discover the evolution of succulent plant varieties and their many adaptations for survival. Learn how herbaria document the world’s flora and provide a constant and permanent record of botanical diversity, and why this is increasingly important when investigating habitat destruction and climate change.
