Learn about the fungi, bacteria and viruses that cause plant diseases: how they do it and how we recognize and control them.
Participants will learn from UF faculty and graduate students who are actively researching these topics. Workshop will include short lectures, hands-on activities, and tours of research facilities and a diagnostic facility. Plant Pathology is a STEM topic that includes biology, ecology, botany, genetics, and microbiology, and can be applied to other disciplines.
