The Florida Department of Environmental Protection’s Anastasia State Park will host a Youth Fishing Clinic on Wednesday, June 12, 2019, from 9 a.m. – 11 a.m.

Come join Anastasia State Park as we host a Youth Fishing 101 Class in partnership with the Friends of Anastasia State Park, the Florida Youth Conservation Centers Network, and the Island Beach Grill! The clinic is open to children ages 5-16 and will be located at Anastasia Watersports within the park. The class will teach lessons on knot tying, fishing ethics, tackle, habitat, casting, and more.

Registration is required! Please register on this EventBrite Page. Event is capped at 15 participants, with a waiting list. This event is weather permitting and subject to cancellation.

Program is free with regular park admission fee. ($8.00 per vehicle. Limit 2-8 people per vehicle. $4.00 per single-occupant vehicle. $2.00 per pedestrians, bicyclists, extra passengers, passengers in vehicle with holder of Annual Individual Entrance Pass).
