Sadie Mills is the program coordinator at TESI. She manages programs and projects that support TESI’s mission of educating Floridians about the state’s natural systems and the threats they face.
Mills earned bachelor’s degrees in ecology & evolutionary biology and anthropology from the University of Arizona. After graduating, she served two years with the AmeriCorps program supporting education and conservation efforts at the Georgia Sea Turtle Center. She then worked as an educator with the University of Georgia 4-H Environmental Education program. Mills went on to earn a master’s degree in environmental studies from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, with concentrations in environmental education and coastal management.
