DESCRIPTION:Florida has a unique geological history that is right beneath our feet! Learn about museum collections with one of our paleontologists and then take an easy hike in the park with us! The bowl-shaped sinkhole at Devil’s Millhopper is 120 feet deep and you can catch glimpses of this geological wonder on the trail. \nToday’s event\n\nTheme: Geology\nPrice: $12 per adult/child pair\, includes park entrance fee. $6 per additional person.\nAudience: Best suited for children in grades K-6.\nLocation: Devil’s Millhopper Geological State Park\nInstructor: Carmi Thompson\, Collection Manager of the Florida Museum Invertebrate Paleontology Collection\n\nMasks are required and social distancing guidelines will be implemented for the program. \nRegister\nRegistrations are FULL for this event.
