We’re excited to bring the museum to Monday’s Grove Street Farmers Market along with the other neat places we’ll be popping up around town. We’ve got some fun activities, science demonstrations and giveaways planned for our Pop-up Museums!
Today’s Topic: Pollinator Pals
Stop by our tables to learn about pollinators and how they contribute to nearly everything you encounter here the the farmer’s market! From the caterpillar to butterfly metamorphosis to bee communication, pollinators are amazing.
Bonus: Our pop-up museum will have a pop-up gift shop so you can browse select museum favorites!
Pop-up Museums
We’re heading out into the community to bring the Florida Museum to favorite spots around town while our public exhibits building is closed for the big expansion project. We’ll be visiting farmers markets, libraries and other local events around Alachua County. You never know where the next Museum pop-up will surprise you.
