The herbarium holdings contain approximately 500,000 specimens.
The vascular plants, bryophytes, lichen, and wood collections and the herbarium library are located in the Florida Museum of Natural History at Dickinson Hall. The fungal collection is located in UF building 168 near Fifield Hall. Please refer to each collection’s pages for information on administrative contacts and policies. Researchers planning a visit to a collection should make prior arrangements with the administrator in charge of the collection.
