Microscopes are essential for studying plants, especially to view characters critical for identification.
Many of the microscopes in use are from Wild Heerbrugg.
Digital photomicrography may utilize a trinocular microscope or binocular microscope. Cameras used may include digital microscope camers (e.g. AmScope MU1803) or SLR cameras with a lens adapter for microscopes (e.g. NDPL-2(2X)).
