Sharpen your pencils and have your paper ready for this recorded Zoom with world-renowned paleo artist Julius Csotonyi. In celebration of the opening of our newest special exhibit, Tiny Titans, we were excited to invite Julius to help our members get into the dino mood!
On Sept. 30, 2021, we hosted a special virtual member event featuring Julius in conversation with Florida Museum curator of vertebrate paleontology Dr. Jonathan Bloch and Silver Plume Exhibitions curator Alanna Regester.
Watch the recording to learn how to draw a protoceratops hatchling and hear how artists and scientists work together to reconstruct the past. Appropriate for artists of all ages.
We suggest you have paper and 2 differently colored pencils if you want to follow the drawing tutorial.
This Florida Museum Members Only event was recorded live via Zoom on September 30th, 2021
