After taking the summer off from digging, we had some sandy in-filling, grass growing, large birds, and muddy roads.

We’ve been working to clean up the site and finally got into a little bit of digging today before the real dig begins tomorrow. Just in those ~ 2 hrs, I found about 15 fossils and even had to leave 3 larger ones behind, for lack of time. So, we are good to go!
