Past and present members of the Ordway Lab are presenting research in Washington D.C. for the 6th North American Ornithological Conference . Held every 4 years, the NAOC unites the continent’s major ornithological societies for a week of scientific talks, posters, workshops, and networking. This year’s event is hosted by the Smithsonian Migratory Bird Center with the theme “Bringing Science and Conservation Together” and is the largest bird conference ever held in North America, bringing together over 2000 scientists, policy makers, and conservation practitioners.
