The PCP PIRE publishes a bilingual eNewsletter spotlighting different facets of the extensive program. The eNewsletter was published in 10 issues per year from April 2011 to June/July 2015. Beginning with the August/September 2015 issue, the eNewsletter was published on a quarterly basis. Each eNewsletter focuses on the following:
