In April 2014, Cindy Bear appeared on the C-SPAN Cities Tour series to talk about Randell Research Center and the Calusa Heritage Trail. Cindy, our Programs and Services Coordinator, talked about the Calusa Indians, at one time a powerful native people in Southwest Florida, and how they lived in this village for over 1,500 years.
