The Museum will be closed Christmas Eve & Christmas Day and reopen at 10 a.m. on Dec. 26.

The Exhibits and Public Programs Endowment, established in honor of the Florida Museum’s 100th anniversary in 2017, was created to ensure that the Museum would be able to reach its audiences with the very best in educational programs, stimulating exhibitions and dynamic public outreach well into the next century.

Double your impact when you make a gift today!

Recognizing the importance of this fund to the future of the Museum, a generous donor has agreed to match all gifts up to a total of $2 million.

When you donate to the Exhibits and Public Programs Endowment, you support:

  • Free educational programs for everyone! From animal encounters with our youngest visitors in the Discovery Zone to discussions with lifelong learners at our Science on Tap events, your gift will help educate and inform people of all ages!
  • Outreach to underserved communities! From Pop-up Museums to after-school partnerships and Science Nights, your gift will help inspire the next generation of scientists and explorers!
  • Exciting and engaging exhibits! Help us welcome visitors like Sue the T. rex to the Florida Museum and develop our own innovative exhibits showcasing the research of Museum scientists!
