Paste is soft, cream-colored and compact.

Geometric areas of colored tin enamel set apart by bands of unglazed pottery.

The enamel areas include green, melado, blue, white and brown colors.

Comments: The enamel areas are separated by greased lines before firing. The greased areas burn away during firing, leaving the paste exposed. Cuerda Seca is clearly of the Moorish tradition.
